I've used this site in the past for orbital predictions of the
International Space-Station and other man-made Earth satellites, but I see that it's now got quite a comprehensive page on currently-visible comets too:

If you take the trouble to set up a UserID and enter your Lat/Long co-ordinates, then it will indicate the visiblilty from your locale. And if you tick the
